  • 1 cup cashews (soaked for 4-6 hours); drained

  • 1 cup spinach; left at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften; chopped

  • 1 thick slice of onion

  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • juice of one lemon

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp onion flakes

  • 2 tbsp fresh onion; minced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • Blender

  1. Add the cashews, onion slice, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and water to blender; blend on high until creamy

  2. Transfer mixture to bowl and add all remaining ingredients; stir until mixed well
