Special Equipment

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1/2 zucchini, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 5 dates

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp flax

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

  • 1/2 mustard powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 3 cups greens; chopped

  • 1 zucchini; spiralized

  • 1 carrot; chopped

  • 1 cucumber; chopped

  • 6 cherry tomatoes

  • Blender

  • Electric Slicer with Spiral Adapter

Dressing

  1. Add all ingredients to blender except for spices

  2. Mix spices well in a separate bowl

  3. Blend ingredients in blender for 1 minute, slowly add in spices once the ingredients are incorporated together

Salad

  1. Add greens to bottom of bowl; place spiralized zucchini on top

  2. Pour dressing on top of zucchini

  3. Add rest of vegetables to top off the salad; drizzle any remaining dressing on top
