Thai Almond Salad


This robust salad is flavorful and nutritious. A blend of almond butter, coconut and maple syrup over cucumbers, cabbage, and green onions with cilantro and lime.

1/8 tsp garlic; minced

1 napa cabbage; chopped

1/4 cup head of red cabbage; chopped

1/4 cup carrots; chopped and shredded

1/4 cucumber; diced

2 tbsp raw almonds; minced

Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl; toss

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes
