This robust salad is flavorful and nutritious. A blend of almond butter, coconut and maple syrup over cucumbers, cabbage, and green onions with cilantro and lime.

  • 4 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1/8 tsp garlic; minced

  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 napa cabbage; chopped

  • 1/4 cup head of red cabbage; chopped

  • 1/4 cup carrots; chopped and shredded

  • 1/4 cucumber; diced

  • 2 tbsp raw almonds; minced

  • 2 green onions; diced

  • 1/4 cup cilantro; minced

  • juice from half a lime

  • Blender

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl; toss

Dressing

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes

  2. Pour dressing onto salad; mix well
