Spicy Flax Crackers


Flax seed crackers get a spicy twist with paprika, red & black pepper and sea salt in this raw vegan recipe.
This recipe provides the following essential nutrients: vitamins A, B6, K1; biotin, potassium, lutein (an antioxidant), and alpha/beta carotene.

1 1/4 cup dried flax seed (soaked for 8 hours)

1/2 cup carrot juice

1/2 cup carrot pulp

2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

High Speed Blender
-
Dehydrator

Add all ingredients to blender (use a bread blade if possible)

Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until well mixed
-
Spread mixture onto dehydrator tray, cut spread into desirable pieces

Place into dehydrator for at least 24 hours
