  • 4 cups soaked cashews; drained

  • Up to 1 cup water; interspersed

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder

  • 1/2 cup fresh dill

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

  • Blender

Crust:

  1. Add cashews, 1/3 cup water, salt, lemon juice, garlic powder and onion powder to blender

  2. Blend for 1 minute, add more water if the mixture seems to get too thick for your liking

  3. Add in fresh herbs and blend for another 5 - 10 seconds

  4. Transfer to container. Can be used as a dressing or a dip for vegetables.
