Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

4 cups soaked cashews; drained

Up to 1 cup water; interspersed

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1/2 cup fresh dill

1/2 cup fresh basil

Instructions
Crust:
-
Add cashews, 1/3 cup water, salt, lemon juice, garlic powder and onion powder to blender

Blend for 1 minute, add more water if the mixture seems to get too thick for your liking

Add in fresh herbs and blend for another 5 - 10 seconds

Transfer to container. Can be used as a dressing or a dip for vegetables.
