  • 2 Tbsp tamari

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • water, to thin it out if needed

  • black sesame seeds, to garnish

  • zucchini noodles (from 3 zucchini)

  • carrot ribbons (from 2 carrots)

  • 2 cups purple cabbage; chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • 5-6 scallions, sliced

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well

Dressing

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar; shake well

  2. Pour onto salad and mix well
