Wraps/Crackers


This versatile recipe can be prepared as either a wrap or crackers, providing more delicious options for a raw vegan lifestyle.
This recipe provides the following essential nutrients: thiamine, phosphorous, copper, molybdenum, and magnesium.

1/2 to 3/4 Cup Irish Moss Jelly

2tbs ACV

1tbs Red Chilli Flakes
-
2tbs Dulse Flakes
-
1/4Cup Fresh Ground Flax Seed

1 peeled & spiralized Onion

Blender
-
Dehyrdrator
Instructions
Wrap
-
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well, about 2-3 minutes
-
Spread onto dehydrator tray and put into dehydrator at 115 for 3-4 hours
-
Pull from dehydrator and flip, fill with desired ingredients
Crackers
-
After following wrap instructions, put wrap back into dehydrator for 1-2 more hours or until desired crunchiness is achieved
