This versatile recipe can be prepared as either a wrap or crackers, providing more delicious options for a raw vegan lifestyle.

This recipe provides the following essential nutrients: thiamine, phosphorous, copper, molybdenum, and magnesium.

  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Irish Moss Jelly

  • 2tbs ACV

  • 1tbs Red Chilli Flakes

  • 2tbs Dulse Flakes

  • 1/4Cup Fresh Ground Flax Seed

  • 1 peeled & spiralized Onion

  • Blender

  • Dehyrdrator

Wrap

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well, about 2-3 minutes

  2. Spread onto dehydrator tray and put into dehydrator at 115 for 3-4 hours

  3. Pull from dehydrator and flip, fill with desired ingredients

Crackers

  1. After following wrap instructions, put wrap back into dehydrator for 1-2 more hours or until desired crunchiness is achieved
