

No Oil Hummus
Chick peas and cannellini beans flavored with garlic, cumin, white pepper and sea salt make this oil-free hummus a delicious source of protein, fiber and iron.

1 14oz can chick peas; drain liquid into bowl

1 14oz can cannellini beans; drain liquid into same bowl

2 large garlic cloves

Juice from 1 lemon

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp white pepper

2 tbsp tahini

Blender
Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender except for drained can liquid, blend for 45 seconds

Add 1/4 cup of drained liquid to mixture and blend, adding more if you would like a thinner dip
