Balsamic Dressing
An oil free take on a worldwide favorite, balsamic dressings.
This recipe provides the following essential nutrients: calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorous, and iron.

50 g chia seeds

50g flax seeds

2.5 cups water

100 g celery

1 tbsp each rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil

1 cup water

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp dried chopped onion

1 tsp sea salt

1 packet or dropper of stevia

1 clove garlic

2-3 tbsp fresh parsley

Add the water and chia seeds to blender and let sit for 5-6 minutes to thicken

Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes
