An oil free take on a worldwide favorite, balsamic dressings. 

This recipe provides the following essential nutrients: calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorous, and iron.

  • 50 g chia seeds

  • 50g flax seeds

  • 2.5 cups water

  • 100 g celery

  • 1 tbsp each rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp dried chopped onion

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 packet or dropper of stevia

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2-3 tbsp fresh parsley

  • Blender

  1. Add the water and chia seeds to blender and let sit for 5-6 minutes to thicken

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes
