Fruit & Veggie Salad w/
French Dressing


This salad boasts a blend of raw vegan fruits and vegetables with a tasty French dressing. Free of nuts, oil and vinegar, but full of flavor.
This recipe provides the following essential nutrients: vitamins C, K1, B9; potassium, fiber, lycopene, and beta carotene.

Juice of 1 lime (you could use 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar for a more intense flavor)

3 small cloves of garlic

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp chipotle powder

1/2 cup water
-
1 long english cucumber
-
2 spring onion stalks
-
2 whole red peppers
-
2 vine ripened tomatoes
-
2 cups of little cherry tomatoes

1 cup of any green of your choice

High Speed Blender
Instructions
Salad
-
Cut all vegetables into bite sized pieces
-
Throw all ingredients into bowl and toss
Dressing
-
Add all ingredients into high speed blender for up to one minute
-
Add to salad and toss
