Green Chutney Sauce

Special Equipment

  • 2 cups cilantro

  • 2 cups mint

  • 4 tablespoons yogurt

  • 1 1/2 cups cashews

  • 1 1/4 cups water

  • 5 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp harissa powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Blender

Raita Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients, except for lemon juice, into blender

  2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes

  3. Pour mixture into bowl and mix in lemon juice slowly

Green Chutney Sauce

  1. Add cilantro and mint to blender and blend until herbs are chopped well and become darker in color

  2. Transfer to bowl and add 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt sauce to herb mixture; mix well
