1 1/2 cups chia seeds

3 cups water

1 cup pine nuts

1 1/2 cup cashews

3 cloves garlic

1 red bell pepper

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup water
-
Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/4 tsp sea salt

Dehydrator

Blender
Instructions
Crackers

Combine water and chia seeds and let sit for 15 minutes

Spread mixture onto dehydrator tray and set into dehydrator at 115 for 3-4 hours
-
Flip crackers over and dehydrate for another 3-4 hours
-
Crack finished product into bite sized pieces

Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until creamy, about 2-3 minutes
