Cheese Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups chia seeds

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 cup pine nuts

  • 1 1/2 cup cashews

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • Dehydrator

  • Blender

Crackers

  1. Combine water and chia seeds and let sit for 15 minutes

  2. Spread mixture onto dehydrator tray and set into dehydrator at 115 for 3-4 hours

  3. Flip crackers over and dehydrate for another 3-4 hours

  4. Crack finished product into bite sized pieces

Cheese Dip

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until creamy, about 2-3 minutes
