This vegan Caesar dressing is nutrient rich and full of flavor with a blend of Brazil nuts, capers, hemp seed and mustard.

3/4 cup water

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp hemp seeds

3 tbsp capers

1 tsp dry mustard

1-2 cloves garlic

3-4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Add all ingredients (except for lettuce) into blender; blend for 1 to2 minutes, or until well incorporated
