  • 1/2 cup Brazil nuts (soaked overnight); drained

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 3 tbsp capers

  • 1 tsp dry mustard

  • 1-2 cloves garlic

  • 3-4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • Blender

  1. Add all ingredients (except for lettuce) into blender; blend for 1 to2 minutes, or until well incorporated

  2. Pour onto romaine lettuce and toss
