This raw vegan dressing blends cashews, sesame seeds, and dates with a spicy kick from lime, mustard and cayenne.

  • 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 8 hours and drained

  • 2 limes juiced

  • 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast 

  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds 

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 5 dates 

  • 1 tsp himalayan pink salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp curry

  • Mustard

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Cayenne

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 4 cups kale, chopped

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

  • 1/2 cup chopped beets

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/4 celery

  • 6 cherry tomatoes

  • High Powered Blender

Dressing

  1. Add all ingredients to blender except for water

  2. Add water slowly as you are blending the ingredients, stopping when you have reached your desired creaminess

Salad

  1. Put all salad ingredients into bowl; add dressing

  2. Toss until dressing is mixed well into the salad
