  • 1 1/2 cups cashews

  • 1/2 cup spring onions

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 small cauliflower; broken up into bite-size pieces

  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomato

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soaked for 30 minutes); drained

  • 8 medjool dates; pitted and quartered

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

  • Blender

Wing Sauce

  1. Place cauliflower pieces to the side

  2. Add all ingredients, except for water, into blender; blend for 2-3 minutes, adding water halfway through

  3. Pour onto cauliflower bites and toss

  1. Add all ingredients to blender; blend for 1-2 minutes
