A healthy spin on buffalo and dip, this raw vegan recipe replaces meat with cauliflower for a fun, flavorful treat.

Juice from 1 lemon

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup water

1 small cauliflower; broken up into bite-size pieces

1 1/2 cups diced tomato

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soaked for 30 minutes); drained

8 medjool dates; pitted and quartered

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp water

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

Instructions
Wing Sauce

Place cauliflower pieces to the side

Add all ingredients, except for water, into blender; blend for 2-3 minutes, adding water halfway through

Pour onto cauliflower bites and toss
