  • 1 liter soy milk

  • 4 tbsp simple soy yogurt

  • 2 liter Kilner jar

  1. Pour the soy milk into the Kilner jar and add the soy yogurt into the milk

  2. Put on the tight fitting lid and let sit at room temperature for 2 days (as a rule of thumb the longer it sits the more acidic it gets), if you want a less acidic yogurt try it after one day, for a more acidic yogurt try for 3.
